1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Tech Secure ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

2. Services Description

Tech Secure provides cybersecurity infrastructure installation and consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Firewall installation and configuration
• Router and switch setup
• Virtual machine deployment
• Antivirus solution implementation
• Security compliance gap assessments
• Security consulting and advisory services

3. Client Obligations

As a client of Tech Secure, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Ensure appropriate access to your systems and facilities as needed
• Designate a primary point of contact for all project communications
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or access provided during engagement

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, tools, documentation, and deliverables created by Tech Secure during the course of service delivery remain the intellectual property of Tech Secure unless specifically transferred in writing. Client data and information provided to Tech Secure remains the property of the client.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes system configurations, security policies, vulnerability information, and any other proprietary information. This obligation continues for a period of 5 years after the termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tech Secure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that our services will prevent all security incidents.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month on outstanding amounts.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Tech Secure may immediately terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
